What happens when I place an order?
You email us your order with image and artwork choice.
- Pets Go Pop confirms your order and advises shipping costs.
- We send you several sample proofs within 3-7 days
- You give final artwork approval
- You make a payment and we go ahead and print and ship
- Your custom pop artwork will be received within 14 days after approval time, with invoice and any photos you supplied
Can I order over the phone?
Sure! Don't feel comfortable ordering products online? Pets Go Pop accepts orders over the phone and via mail. Please email us with your contact information to info@petsgopop.com.au and we'll call you.
When will I receive my artwork?
Generally it takes 2-3 weeks for you to receive your custom pet pop artwork from the time of ordering. For overseas locations please allow 4-6 weeks.
How will I know if my order has been received?
You will receive a confirmation email with shipping costs.
Can I cancel an order?
If you for some reason are not happy with the proofs we send you, at this stage you can cancel your order. Please note, if your order has been processed, you are not able to cancel or modify your artwork.
