What files do you accept?
Hi resolution jpg images saved straight from your digital camera.
What if my file is not large enough?
If the image you supply is not suitable for the size print you have ordered, we will advise you and either another image will need to be sent or an original photo can be mailed to us, email us for details.
Do you charge extra for scanning my photo?
No, we scan your photos free of charge.
Will the colours on my artwork match the colours on my computer?
There is no way to ensure a perfect match of colours between your artwork and your computer screen. All computer monitors represent colours differently, unless they have been professionally calibrated. This means that there may be slight variations in the colour from your screen.
Can I put two pets in one artwork?
Certainly, we do any additional subjects in each artwork at $40 per subject.
How do I send my images?
You can either email us your hi resolution jpg file or email us to get snail mail details.
