How can I pay for my order?
There are 2 payment methods: PayPal. a secure worldwide payment option for your credit card, or choose to make a direct deposit or transfer into our bank account. We will send you an email with a PayPal invoice for the safe processing of your credit card information. No joining or account required.

When do I make a payment?
Once you approve the final proof we require you to make a payment and then your order will be shipped.

How much is shipping?
We do not wish to make a profit on shipping, therefore the rates are calculated once you have placed your order and destination. Shipping costs around Australia start from $18.

What method of shipping do you use?
For all artwork orders we use Australia Postal services. Overseas orders are shipped via courier.

What if my artwork is delivered damaged?
Please do not sign for the delivery. Please email us, and we will ensure that you receive your artwork undamaged.
