Two ways to send your photos
You can send us your pet photos, via email. To send an image from your digital camera, you must have it set to the highest quality. Upload your image on our order page, or if you have no idea how to set your camera to the highest quality, don’t panic, just mail photos to us. We will scan photos at no extra charge and return them with your pop artwork. Feel free to send several photos and we’ll pick the one which works the best.
1. Upload image on our order page
Upload your digital pics on our order page. Your file should be a minimum of 1MB for the smallest canvas print. We recommend a minimum of 300dpi (dots per inch). Maximum file to upload should not exceed 10MB. If you image is not large enough we'll let you know and you can send us the printed photograph.
To send your photos by regular mail, please contact us via email. Just be sure to advise us that you are sending photos through the mail, then we keep an eye out for them. And make sure you label them with your contact details.
